Brown Sauce

Just found out how u can make the sauce more brown. Take concentrated tomato puree and stir it in the pan. Just take care it dont get black. If its not stirred enough the sauce gets red and looks like tomato sauce. Do that after u stirred the meat, mushrooms or anything like that before. Then put a bit wine inside, season it and at last cream and herbs. Thats it ....

Fasten

Yeah, I am fasten right now. So no need to write anything here. Only drink vegetable juice and water. In one week I start eating again. So then I will write more. Maybe also what kind of feeling it was.

Running Dinner


Just before I went to Taiwan we had an event called "Rudi Rockt". Its something you meet 12 totally new people and cook for them.

The fun thing is you either in charge of the starter, main course or the dessert. Then 4 people are coming and visit you for the dish you made. After that you going to two other couples and see what they have cooked. When all is done there is a After-Dinner party.

So my friend Lester and me made some hand-made Japanese Ramen noodles. You can see them soon here when I prepared the pictures at home. So we were in charge of the starter. After that we had a Chinese vegetables with noodles was also pretty good especially the vegetables werent over cooked. (Thx for you both who did that) The last course we had at a Russian Mathematics who did a very good cake with his friend.

The only bad thing was, that I forgot my camera at the peoples house who made the main course so I couldnt take pictures of the cake.

Salmon Noodles

Recently I made some Salmon Noodles also typical food for busy study time because just cost you a few minutes to do.


· Fresh Salmon
· Leek
· Dry white wine
· Cream
· Salt n Pepper
· Red Pepper
· Noodles


I recommand u to use green ribbon noodles. It taste better with them then with spagetti.


Just stir the salmon in olive oil, when done add the leek stir for a few minutes and put salt and pepper over it. Add the wine and wait until reduce a bit. Then mix the cream under it. Put the noodles inside and stir all up.
After put on the plate strew the red (whole) pepper seeds over it.

Red pepper or Rose Pepper have an almost sweet, but not hot, unique taste character. I can even eat it pure.

It's Fish, no chicken


That was fish with coriander-seeds. Coriander fits very well to fresh-water fish. Just fry crushed garlic in very less oil, then add the shredded coriander and stir. Then put the fish inside and cook over low heat from both sides so that the fish is covered with the coriander. Squezze some lemon over it, add salt and pepper, done.
I served with rice, pees and tomatoes.

Sliced Steak

Yeah long time I didnt wrote anything, but I found my cable. So the food I post right now I done a few days ago.

The Steak is quite simple, I dont think need to say anything about it. The Sauce is a red wine sauce. And the salad is a very famous German Salad (Nuessle) u get normally in the end of winter. For the dressing just use oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. There is no need for herbs or anything like that.

Heaven Returns


No one will be believe me that. But I found the ultimate perfect food here. I am missing already for about 1.5 years (since I am back from Taiwan). I found:
Stinky Tofu

I couldnt believe it but I bought it right away and cooked it for dinner. And guess what happen all complained I stinked the kitchen. But I couldnt smell anything.
