Take concentrated tomato puree and stir it in the pan. Just take care it dont get black. If its not stirred enough the sauce gets red and looks like tomato sauce. Do that after u stirred the meat, mushrooms or anything like that before. Then put a bit wine inside, season it and at last cream and herbs. Thats it ....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oh by the way .. Its something you meet 12 totally new people and cook for them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The fun thing is you either in charge of the starter, main course or the dessert. Then 4 people are coming and visit you for the dish you made. After that you going to two other couples and see what they have cooked. When all is done there is a After-Dinner party.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So my friend Lester and me made some hand-made Japanese Ramen noodles. You can see them soon here when I prepared the pictures at home. So we were in charge of the starter. After that we had a Chinese vegetables with noodles was also pretty good especially the vegetables werent over cooked. It taste better with them then with spagetti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just stir the salmon in olive oil, when done add the leek stir for a few minutes and put salt and pepper over it. Add the wine and wait until reduce a bit. Then mix the cream under it. Put the noodles inside and stir all up.&lt;br /&gt;After put on the plate strew the red (whole) pepper seeds over it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Red pepper or Rose Pepper have an almost sweet, but not hot, unique taste character. Coriander fits very well to fresh-water fish. Just fry crushed garlic in very less oil, then add the shredded coriander and stir. Then put the fish inside and cook over low heat from both sides so that the fish is covered with the coriander. But I found the ultimate perfect food here. I am missing already for about 1.5 years (since I am back from Taiwan). And guess what happen all complained I stinked the kitchen. Still no new pictures. But I didnt found my cable yet, so I thought I will just write and post the pictures later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got a new book 2 days ago. Yeah right a cook book. Its about modern Japanese daily cooking. So its kind of usfull and u dont need to eat all the time sushi. The recipies are perfect for here because besides the original stuff they also write inside what u can buy instead here in Germany for to get the same taste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As all can imagine I just did something right away out of it. A carrot salad with tuna. That was really easy and is done in about 5min. Just slice the carrots into sticks. But oil, garlic and onions and mix well. Put covered in the microwave for about 2min. Mix together with tuna and make a sauce from vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Ok sure not everyone is made of wine, &lt;b&gt;but&lt;/b&gt; everyone is made from &lt;b&gt;alcohol&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So no wonder you cant find any kind of vinegar sauce for salad in the arabic kitchen. As I wrote before in the &lt;a href="http://memasak.blogspot.com/2006/03/fattousch.html"&gt;"Fattousch Article"&lt;/a&gt;. But who cares, the arabic food got a very good spice called "SUMAC" its also a bit sour and goes very well with lemon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After talking with my Indonesian friend today about the possibility for muslims to eat food that is cooked in wine. I got the clear answer it wouldnt be aloud, even so the wine would be cooked so long that no alcohol will be inside anymore. So that would mean vinegar maybe also forbidden for muslims. So if anyone out there will have muslim friends for dinner. Its also quite simple and quick to do. Put the red pepper, one spicy chilli, an onion and tomatos in the oven for about 30min. After done cut away the strunks and seeds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put all into a blender. Just blend it for a second it shouldnt get too smooth. Cut garlic inside and caraway seeds.  Then put it on a plate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Squezze lemon over it and olive oil. Decorate with tuna, egg and olives. Bring it along with bread. The main ingredients are apple, cucumber and of course herring. You should squeeze some lemon over the apple otherwise it will turn dark. Not nice for to look at.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the sauce I used yogurt, a spoon cream, Olive Oil and Apple vinegar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So all in all its a light and healthy food. On the red wine sauce I need to work on. It tasted delicious but look too purple. Its not something u can give to people only to friends.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The thick noodles are quite easy to do. Cook lasagne sheets and just cut it when they soft. Wait until the powder set down. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then pour in a small cup. Its quite easy to do that and I just had everything at home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; 8 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; 0.5 liter milk&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; 4 eggs&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; Vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put 4 tbsp sugar with 2 tbsp water in a pot an make Caramel until brown. Put into a cup. Heat the oven to 225C and put a waterbath inside the oven. Bring the Milk with the vanilla, a bit salt and the rest sugar to cook. Mix the eggs and stir the hot milk under it. Put over the Caramel and then put it in the oven into the water bath for about 40min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S.: I burned my damn finger for that food. Dont know what they did today. I ate there already 4 times and it was perfect, but today I was so disapointed it was so tame.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; no spicy (even so she said it is)&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; no taste&lt;br /&gt;&amp;middot; didnt look nice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did they use another meat? No idea. Doesnt matter it was anyway cool because we all were together and could talk. So that counts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The day I also got two new cook books. One about daily cooking (left side) and another one about Arabian food (right side). The Arabian one I had before (gave it away) and it taste amazing so I am really happy I got it again. I am really happy about that because it's always good to have a good bootle of wine and home. Did anyone ever prepare Sushi for 12 people? All in all I had to do arround 200 pices of Sushi. So I was really happy that I got some support of 3 of my friends. Only bad thing was we had just 1 "Sushi-Prepare-Set" but it helps aready a lot when u got someone who prepare the stuff for you.
